The pool area was a total accident waiting to happen—super slippery tiles! My granddaughter fell, and others were struggling too. It was scary to watch, and I can’t help but worry someone will really get hurt if it stays like that.

Breakfast is hearty—eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. The cleanliness is commendable, and the pet-friendly policy is a huge plus for pet owners. sound insulation needs improvement. Thin walls allowed for too much noise from neighbors, which was distracting, especially when trying to rest. the pool area was uncomfortably humid, impacting our enjoyment. Minor complaints, yet significant enough to warrant attention. Despite these issues, I appreciate the consistent service and comfort this hotel offers. It remains my go-to for future stays.

The space was quiet, which allowed for an uninterrupted work session. the temperature control left something to be desired; it remained chilly despite adjustments. Pillows were plentiful but smaller than expected. The bathroom could use towel racks and better lighting, as it felt cramped. Cleanliness was inconsistent; while the surfaces were generally tidy, detail cleaning was lacking, particularly in the carpet area.

Great location for our honeymoon! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable bed.

the staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our needs. we especially enjoyed the pet-friendly policy and appreciated the quiet and fresh-smelling environment. the pool facilities were also a big plus, and we found the breakfast to be quite nice.
